TV Junkie
I’m always watching TV in my spare time. Not that I don’t read books, I just go through them too fast. I do chick-lits in under a day, thrillers under 2 days… and then I’m out of books and I’m too cheap to shell out Rp300-500Gs to buy new ones. Those are money better spent on clothes!! (Hahaha, just kidding … I allocate the money towards Jade’s library fund. ^_^) Besides, real good books will soon be turned into Hollywood movies anyway (ie. DaVinci Code).
Right now some of my favorites TV shows are Desperate Housewives, Sex&The City (my fashion bible, tee hee), Pimp My Ride (I love Xzibit & the WestCoastCustoms crew … they’re so cute and funny!), Cribs, Oprah & "reality" TV shows (Rich Kids - Cattle Drive … SO HILARIOUS!!! OMG, the madness and the stupidity, it’s the ultimate guilty pleasure!!! I can feel it killing thousands of brain cells per second, yet I enjoy it immensely for unexplainable reasons. Crazy!). I’m loving Cooking/Entertaining shows, ie. Forever Summer with Nigella Lawson (domestic goddess, move over Martha Stewart), Surreal Gourmet - Bob Blumer, Jamie Oliver, etc. Who knows why … I don’t cook that much, certainly don’t entertain (I do live with in-laws … excuses excuses) … I just love watching them cook up something that looks fabulous and imagining myself in my own kitchen cooking for dinner parties I’ll be throwing in my own house … sigh …
Ooh … gotta go … am watching "Kill Reality" … sooo stupid!! HAHAHA … I know … Can’t help it … I’m crazy …
